Karl joined Five Corporate Finance in August 2004 from Mazars where he specialised in transaction support and M&A due diligence. Karl has a wide variety of experience in corporate transactions, business reviews and project management. He has completed a number of transactions across a broad range of industries including Logistics, Food, Retail and IT. Karl is currently a non executive director of Maxim Logistics Group and Breckland Scientific Supplies Limited.

Oliver Wright - Partner
A co-founder of Five Corporate Finance, Oliver previously spent six years at Arthur Anderson initially in Audit & Business Advisory, before specialising in Corporate Finance. He has completed transactions in a number of industry sectors including Health and Fitness, Engineering, Food and IT. Oliver is currently a non executive director of Bart Spices Limited, Fitness Express and Lorlin Electronics Limited.
